Amy Lawrence

Amy Lawrence is an example for women who have had many successful careers in life including teacher and business owner. With a master's degree in Special Education she taught for 11 years. In 2003 she decided to pursue her passion and opened her tea room, "An Afternoon to Remember." Her tea room won many awards including Best Small Tea Room in the U.S. in 2006, KCRA's A-List 2007, 2008 and 2009 and Sacramento Magazine's Best Tea Room in 2008.

In 2009 she closed her tea room in order to pursue her on-line company, Afternoon to Remember Fine Tea.

Amy has published 8 books and sold over 14,000 of them. She is currently working on several new projects including resources for tea room owners, and starting a second tea company called, Treasured Leaf (web site coming soon) in addition to Afternoon to Remember Fine Tea and Gifts.
