Ken is the Founder and President of Rudee Enterprises, a multi-faceted firm that provides operational, financial, product development, strategic planning, sourcing, QC and educational services to businesses and professional firms. He has consulted on tea with diverse organizations including some of the world's largest retailers and coffee companies, top US culinary schools, and AAA Five Diamond Hotels and Resorts. Ken also has professional training from the Culinary Institute of America.

Ken is an active member of the specialty tea industry. He is a founding member and former chairman of the Specialty Tea Institute (STI), and a Director of the Tea Association of the USA. Ken has been a keynote speaker at industry conferences including the 2010 International Symposium of the Tea Industry held in Taipei, Taiwan. He is a STI Certified Tea Instructor, a founder and past president of the Puget Sound Tea Education Assoc. (PSTea)/NW Tea Festival, has won twenty-one tea related awards including many World and American Tea Championship awards and a national small business award.

Ken is also exploring other opportunites in tea and looking forward to wherever the journey and his passions in the tea world may take him.
