Making Matcha

Come learn how to prepare matcha for drinking in three different ways (the traditional way, a simplified hot preparation, and a cold preparation), along with ideas for plenty of other applications. We will also explore the differences between culinary and ceremonial grades of matcha. Attendees will get hands-on experience using both traditional and modern tools for matcha preparation, and everyone will go home with matcha samples.
