Trudy Ann's Chai & Spices
Trudy Ann’s Chai & Spices began in 2009. Owner, Trudy Ann Tellis is originally from Bombay (Mumbai) India and spent a lot of time in kitchens with family when back home in India where recipes have all been passed to her via oral traditions. She has a line of Organic teas, dry- roasted cooking spices and a cook book, Trudy Ann’s Masala Kitchen.
She is involved in the entire process, from the creating unique tea blends, dry roasted cooking spice blends as well as the recipes that she posts on her recipe blog.
Everything is made with organic ingredients, hand blended and made in small batches keeping everything fresh. Her packaging is bio degradable and earth friendly. Ingredients for the fruit teas & maple Nuggets are purchased directly from the growers/ makers at Vancouver Farmers Markets.
Her unique tea blends and dry roasted cooking spice blends can be found in local grocery stores, Farmer’s Markets, Tea Festivals and Craft Fairs in the Vancouver BC area.
Her products are also available via her website and she ships around the world.
