Experience Ceylon Teas: Estates and Elevations

Ceylon teas from Sri Lanka are loved worldwide and mostly experienced in blends with other teas.
Sri Lanka is a small country and very mountainous in the tea-producing regions--different elevations create different flavor nuances.
In this class we'll taste and explore a number of different Ceylon teas: low grown, mid-grown and high-grown, identifying different estates, grades and unique flavor differences.
Roberta will share her own considerations when blending with different Ceylon teas.
