Exploring Darjeeling Teas
Darjeeling tea is unique and quite different from other India-grown teas; light in body and color, yet, delicious in its flavorful muscatel character.
These teas are grown at very high altitude at the base of the Himalaya Mountains and there are only 87 separate estates in this area.
In this class we'll taste four to five different darjeeling teas and learn about processing techniques from a tea-growing expert.
