In this hands-on workshop, Shunan will guide the students to taste tea through analytical methods where we evaluate tea with a breakdown of aroma, taste, texture, and aftertaste.
In addition to coming up with tasting notes, you’ll learn how each attribute of a tea’s profile can be traced back to terroir, cultivar, and or processing.
Bring samples of your own teas so they can be evaluated during the workshop.
