Known worldwide as an award-winning expert in tea, Jane Pettigrew has spent the past 35 years expanding her knowledge through travels and tastings. She received the British Empire Medal for Services to Tea Production and Tea History in 2016. She currently serves as the course director at the new UK Tea Academy.
