Tea and chocolate are delightful on their own, and they’re even better together! In this workshop, you’ll sample three teas with three chocolates.
You’ll learn how the levels of cacao in the chocolate affect the pairings. In addition, you'll learn the proper temperature and time for optimally steeping each tea.
Over the years, we’ve learned a lot about which flavors pair well from hosting Tea + Chocolate pairings at LizzyKate tea shop in downtown Kirkland. Everyone has their own palate and favorite combinations. Join this workshop and discover yours!
