Science of Relaxation and Tea Meditation

In this workshop, we explore the science of how mindfulness reduces stress response - and why that’s so critical for our health – and how using tea in our meditation work can help us reconnect and relax in a very unique way. Includes guided meditation exercises with tea drinking, with the goal of creating a very adaptable, easy to follow daily practice.
