Tea & Mindful Breathing (Pranayama)

Pranayama is the traditional yogic practice of becoming familiar with our breathing patterns, through techniques to gently release tension. Intentional breathing is also inseparably linked to tea meditation practice and ceremony. This serene, internally focused workshop incorporates mindful movement and breath direction exercises with meditative tea drinking.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you want to do this session on the floor.
